TASTE KRAKOW

We are putting into your hands a culinary guide to Krakow, which we hope will make your stay in our city more pleasant.

The guide was created in cooperation between Targi w Krakowie and Kati Płachecka - a culinary journalist who runs the krakowfood.pl portal and is the creator of the @krakowfood.kati account (the largest Instagram dedicated to food from Krakow and Malopolska).

In the guide you will find interesting places for every time of day, which are a must-see!

The guide is part of our bleisure strategy and is a response to the needs of our customers who, when coming to fairs, congresses, conferences and events, also want to get to know Krakow.

CULINARY GUIDE

  • The automotive industry is still doing well and all the people visiting the fair have petrol, or at least oil, flowing through their veins. Well, there is definitely something flowing through their veins, because the crowds were huge, which only proves that this type of event is needed and that the automotive industry continues to grow.

  • A very successful event, attended by many motoring enthusiasts. I believe that such initiatives are important because they add variety to the cultural offer in Kraków.

  • I am happy to see that the popularity of sim racing in Poland keeps growing. Everyone can try it, regardless of age and height, because a child can drive with a parent. Basically everyone who visits our stand walks away happy. Our play seed, which gives you the feeling of driving a real car, drew the biggest crowd. There were, for example, some daredevils doing drifts or various other manoeuvres, but the most popular were the GT3 cars. Our customers had the opportunity to choose the track and the car they wanted to drive. Everyone could experience what it feels like to be in a racing car, feel the g-forces that drivers experience, and check how stiff the steering wheel, accelerator and brake are.

  • The best thing about this event is that all those who came to see the cars today not only had the opportunity to support a good cause, but also test drive some very expensive sports cars and find out not only what they look like, but also how much fun they are to drive.

  • We did not expect such a high number of visitors, and were pleasantly surprised by the number of people interested in our stand. It is great to see that the younger generation is so fascinated by motoring, and that whole families attend the fair.

  • Every year, the drift zone at the Tuning Show EXPO attracts huge crowds. There are always lots of people who want to take a ride in a drift taxi. And to be honest, it always comes as a big surprise. People looking from the outside expect completely different emotions and experiences than those inside. It turns out that even though these cars slide, they generate significant g-force. The thing that always impresses the most is how close these cars get to each other. I think this is the main thing that people remember. As a rally driver and a part-time drifter, I am happy that we can show what we do when we compete, but then we are limited by rules, the event schedule and the audience cannot interact with us, whereas here we can show these emotions and things are much easier.

  •

The new exhaust emission standards make people want to keep motoring as it is – colourful, with a characteristic smell and sounds. And it's not just about having a good time, but also about showing, educating and having fun together, because that's what matters most. Congratulations to both the Kraków Trade Fair and Tomek Pansewicz from Show Testuje. An amazing job. This year's TUNING SHOW EXPO stands out thanks to its diversity. We saw a monster truck, drifting and everything that's cool in the automotive industry. It's very important that whole families can come together and enjoy this automotive world.
